Whenever I encounter an item that needs attention, I'll take a digital photo to illustrate exactly what the text is referring to. When appropriate, I'll include illustrations to clarify my notes and comments.

The entire report is designed to inform you on the condition of all the systems and components of your property. Your home inspection will be an exhaustive examination that can take up to 4 hours to complete on a large property. But your report will boil it all down in a concise, readable format.
